Unhelpful
Provided a link to determine if transit visa was required. When information was put in, it said no visa was required. However it was and I was unable to board flight which in turn made me miss two other flights, completely missing my trip. They disregarded it when I reached out and said it was my fault even though I had researched, contacted embassies and got no clear information other than the link they provided. They couldn’t offer me credit or anything to apologies for providing this incorrect information. Definitely will not be using them again!

Please do not use BudgetAir if you want peace of mind.
Flight cancelled by airline, budgetair did not inform me. Upon requesting refund given a timescale of 8-10 weeks sighting airline policy whilst same flight booked with other agents refunded within days. BudgetAir can not be trusted with service or money, a terrible agent who holds your money to benefit themselves. I will now apply section 75 and claim my money through my credit card. Please do not use BudgetAir, pay a couple of pounds extra and book with a reputable agent.

Budgetair refused to refund during WestJet strike
I purchased west jet tickets for Aug 4 through Budgetair. WestJet sent an email to all passengers flying between July 31-Aug 4th discussing the potential for strike and offered customers to cancel free of charge. I sent the email to Budgetair they refused to give a refund. I booked another airline. The strike happened and they suspended all flights and Budget air still refused to refund as the strike is over. WestJet has stated that they are not charging for this flights that it is the third party that is refusing to refund. I have escalated to a manager who sent an email stating that the flight is back on so not refunding.
