Customer Service, Cancellation & Refunds issue
My flight was denied landing and when tried to contact Budgetair received no response whereas when tried reaching out the Airline they said the refund has already been processed. No contact available to get an update on the refunds process and the website as well doesn't work when trying to search for the same.

I liked the ease but did not know for sure if it was the correct cabin and also had to pay for premium economy seats
I liked the ease but we were given the option through Booking.com and had the lowest fare.We booked premium economy but as I went to make payment , it did not show the prem economy booking on the details ,so I was hesitant and booked again just to be sure. Also, I did not like the fact that I had to pay for seats when it was premium economy and other websites do not as for extra payment when booking in premium economy or business .

about 26 dollars cheaper, easy to follow the booking process, too many offers for unnecessary extras though and not sure about the additional change fees if needing to change flight without added protection, but overall good process and easy to search for flights. Checking in all went well.

Company is not trustworthy. Somehow my flight codes got switched and I called them immediately after booking. They refused to edit it and instead charged a 95% fee of the price.

I purchased seats through BudgetAir but they are not showing as purchased on the New Zealand Air website, under the confirmation number. So it looks like I will need to purchase seats again. Not good.
