Just booked a flight and realized we would t get there in time for our flight with budget. Tried to move to the next day and it was going to cost more than our original flight. Original flight cost us 1400$ to move it to the next day was going to cost us 1600$. To cancel the flight to we would get a refund of $296 so I cancelled our flight to. After I cancelled I got an email that our to flight had luggage and our flight going back wasn’t going to have any luggage and it would cost us $254 to have luggage. Do not book with budget and trust the reviews. I read the reviews and thought we probably won’t have any issues. WRONG horrible experience cause now I’m trying to just cancel the whole trip with them and am now being told i can’t and there is no refund. Seriously horrible

Tried to change flight and said it had a 77 dollar fee to change flights and yet wouldn’t let me change the flight after booking.

I booked a flight through BudgetAir and realised my mistake less than an hour after making the reservation. The flight is scheduled for more than a month later, so there was no urgent operational issue or last-minute constraint involved.
I immediately contacted customer service to request a simple change or cancellation. This was also at a point where the booking confirmation process was still ongoing, as the tickets can take up to 96 hours to be issued and sent by email.
Despite contacting BudgetAir almost immediately after the booking was made, I was met with no flexibility or willingness to help. It was extremely disappointing to see that there was no attempt to find a reasonable solution, even though the mistake was reported straight away and the alternative flight I wanted was still available.
Mistakes can happen to anyone, but a good company should be able to show some understanding when a customer reacts immediately and there is still plenty of time before the flight. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in BudgetAir, and I would strongly recommend others to think twice before using this service.

I would give BudgetAir zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT book with this company.
Their customer service staff have been rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility. I have been trying to receive a travel credit that BudgetAir previously promised me, but I have still not received it. When I asked to escalate the matter and speak with a manager, Sudheendra repeatedly refused my request multiple times. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the company continues to make excuses and create unnecessary obstacles.
If BudgetAir refuses to honour the credit it promised, it is essentially keeping my money without providing the service or value I paid for. At that point, they are robbing their clients.
I will not be providing personal information in a public forum. I recommend that you review and respond to your clients’ emails and complaints directly, rather than only reaching out publicly in an attempt to make your company appear responsive.
