There is no customer support

Stay away from Bleap. There is no customer support, and unlike other companies, they don’t even respond to feedback on Trustpilot.
I couldn’t find any support contact on their website. I only discovered the hidden chat by opening a FAQ and clicking on the dissatisfied emoticon—but the only response you get is: ‘You will be notified here and by email.’ I'm still waiting.
So if there is no customer support when opening an account, the team will surely disappear when a problem occurs while using Bleap.

Unreliable company

Unreliable company. Their helpdesk is virtually non-existent, and any critical comments on social media are immediately deleted, followed by a block. Stay far away from them!

Really really bad!!

Really really bad!!! I had my client send me payments via sepa transaction and the funds haven't arrived. My client double checked if all datas where filled in correct but the funds just seemed to have disappeared. Now I guess it would be possible to follow the trail and find the funds if there was anyway of contacting bleap but I'm sending out support tickets after support tickets!!! NO ANSWER. This is not trustworthy for a financial institution whatsoever. If you need a reliable financial service definitely don't work with bleap. Just upsetting and even when you tell that you consider not to continue with bleap....they don't care. As if they don't need customers. It's as if you are talking to an empty space , noone there to receive your questions or complaint. Really frustrating 💔💔💔
Update: they finally got in contact and explained to me that only transfers in my name into the bleap account are possible, so no client payments possible. When I researched on the internet it was said that everyone could send funds via my IBAN. Ok, fair enough I should have known but still the ball breaker is the lack of communication!!!

Not as good as described

Pros:

The card is issued quickly and is convenient to use. There’s no physical card yet, but you can get a virtual one instantly.

There’s cashback — it was recently reduced from 2% to 1%, but there are ongoing promotions with up to 20% cashback on specific spending categories.

Depositing and exchanging USDT to EURA within the app works fast and smoothly, with a good exchange rate.

Cons:

Customer support is very slow — you may have to wait a day or more for a reply.

The “non-custodial wallet” feature doesn’t actually work, especially with a Ledger wallet on the Ethereum network. The wallet can be linked in the app, but you can’t spend from it or top up your account using it. It might work better on the Arbitrum network, but not with Ethereum, and they won’t explain the reason.

The USDT-to-EURA exchange is limited by the number of transactions you can make per month.

Their official Telegram channel is full of scammers. If you post about a problem there, you’ll get flooded with private messages from people pretending to be Bleap support, sending phishing links under the guise of helping you.

Best card, easy to use

I've been using Bleap for about a couple of months. As far as I've seen, everything has always gone smoothly. I've added funds, withdrawn funds, and gotten cashback without any problems. Excellent product!

Experiencia nefasta

Hola. El día 3 de diciembre, active la cuenta en Bleap. He realizado con éxito todos los pasos de la verificación. El día siguiente (4 de diciembre) he realizado un ingreso con transferencia bancaria de 13000 euros. El día 5, ellos han recibido mi depósito, pero lo dejaron con estado "Procesando". Pensé que esto era parte de la verificación de Bleap y quizá requiere un tiempo para validarlo. Así pasaron 3 días hasta que recibí un mensaje por parte del chat privado de ellos (una agente llamada Tina) donde decía que mi depósito era muy alto y que necesitaba más información y algún documento que podría ser justificante de nómina, venta de bienes, inversiones, etc. Le contesté a su pregunta y adjunté un extracto bancario del 2025 y justificante de la nómina. Llevo desde el día 5 esperando respuesta, pero ningún resultado. Me he puesto en contacto con ellos vía correo electrónico y tampoco tengo una respuesta. Este servicio es pésimo. Lo peor de todo es que no tengo los fondos en mi banco, pero tampoco en Bleap en mi balance. De repente mi cuenta está "bajo verificación" sin ningún motivo, y mis fondos hace 4 días, pendiente. No las puedo enviar en el banco, no las puedo transferir en otro monedero porque me tienen el dinero RETENIDO. Tengo todo documentado. ¡NO RESPUESTA, NO SOLUCIÓN, NADA!

Hello. On December 3rd, I activated my Bleap account. I successfully completed all the verification steps. The following day (December 4th), I made a bank transfer deposit of €13,000. On the 5th, they received my deposit but left it with a "Processing" status. I thought this was part of Bleap's verification process and perhaps required some time to validate. Three days passed before I received a message from their private chat (an agent named Tina) stating that my deposit was very high and that she needed more information and some documentation, such as proof of income, sales of assets, investments, etc. I replied to her question and attached a bank statement from 2025 and proof of income. I've been waiting for a response since the 5th, but haven't received anything. I've contacted them via email and haven't received a response either. This service is terrible. The worst part is that the funds aren't in my bank account, nor are they showing up in my Bleap balance. Suddenly my account is "under verification" for no reason, and my funds have been pending for four days. I can't send them from the bank, I can't transfer them to another wallet because they're holding the money. No response, no solution, nothing!

Great growing company

That's a great growing company. The only lack for now that because of that growth there is some cons in support respone time. Other than that it's the best product.

Bleap is one of the 1st self-custodial…

Bleap is one of the 1st self-custodial wallet that looks like a neo-bank.

The app is still in beta, but since February 2025, I use the app on a daily basis with its Mastercard.

Bleap offers a very a smooth on/off ramp experience with no fees.
Basically everything you do is on-chain but without fees. When your in the crypto world, this is huge.
Of course some restrictions apply for such an amazing service, such as a limited number of time you can move your money between main account and vault account per month, or the cashback limited to 10$/month. Or access only to some curated on-chain protocols.
But you can send your token to your personal wallet, outside of bleap for no fees.

The team is responsive and thus is the support.
I charge or withdraw my account without friction. Some customers may find some frictions but it is limited to specific situations and the team addresses these issues very quickly

Perfect services

The app has improved significantly recently. Excellent payment service, never had any issues; in fact, they even have an anti-fraud system that worked when it was supposed to.
Cashback is 2% with a cap of $10, which can be increased by $5 for 3 months for each invited user.
The Earn section is very convenient for both cashback and deposited euros.

Finally a crypto card by professionals

I have tried Cryptocom, Plutus, bnb card, Nexo, Gnosis, TR, blackcat, renegade, blockfi, Bybit, holyheld and many more. All garbage. They all had the same problems.

1. very expensive and often stupid tokenomics
2. over-complex system (regarding rewards and other) their reward system would always fail in the long run
3. bad UI/UX

Bleap is the first solution that not only took a much more sophisticated approach at loading up the card with crypto (this is truly web3) no, the reward system is free to engage with, and it is not over the top, where one could expect it to fail.

First time I feel good using a startups card solution.

100% recommend Bleap; super smooth experience and very practical (cashback, earn products)

I'm really sad to see bad reviews when Bleap is absolutely amazing. But yk, the very few unhappy customers always shout a lot, unfortunately.

Bleap is very great: super easy to create your MPC wallet and deposit funds, and switch from USD to EUR with no fees.

The card works without any issues, the 2% cashback is wonderful ($10 limit/month, $15 if you refer friends) is juicy and the earn products are perfect. My funds stay there earning, and when I need money, I withdraw and use it to pay, so super efficient.

The comments below on support, tbh I don't understand. I've used it a lot for questions, submitting bugs, or when I changed my phone number, always fast answer and helpful; you've got a real human, not a bot. And the best is that founders are super accessible in the TG group and answer all your questions.

100% recommend bleap, best crypto card i've used so far, and trust me i've tried a lot (binance, crypto.com, plutus etc...)

There's 2 main reasons: some failures on our side (we admit!) which we always prioritize with the most urgency to guarantee that every single customer gets the fastest resolution, and simply scammers or users with wrong expectations (even though we try our best to communicate clearly) who always shout the loudest because they know it hurts our reputation.

There's little we can do for the 2nd case, but we will keep taking all of the feedback and improving so that the happy customers vastly outweigh the scammers.

The best crypto card

IMHO the best crypto card (and app). No fees (really!), savings account, cashback, 0% fx spread, crypto trading, smoothly working around the world ... really the best.

Unstable app, slow support, and issues withdrawing promised cashback!!!

I’ve been using the app for a while, and while it seemed reliable at first, it’s gotten worse over time. I currently have $2.85 in cashback stuck due to a supposed "limit" that makes no sense — the app itself shows I still have a $35 withdrawal cap. On top of that, there’s a €10.08 transaction stuck in limbo, and the only reply I got was to wait 30 days, with no real guarantee.

The app is buggy — buttons often don’t respond unless you clear cache or restart. Support replies every 48h if you insist, and emails are completely ignored.

It’s frustrating that a company handling money has such poor customer service and an unreliable platform. For now, I just have to wait and “hope” they return what they owe, but I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone who values their time or money.

I'm always sad when I see our efforts lead to such a bad experience. As we've told you in the support chat, private messages and emails - cashback limits (and transaction types that don't provide cashback) are well documented in the app and in our Terms of Service. It's clearly our fault that we didn't communicate those better, so I'm sorry. We've since fixed this - anyone can always check why cashback is not given for a specific transaction - from simple "Limit reached" down to the unsupported MCC code.

As per the 30 days waiting period, this is simply an industry standard for merchants acquiring payments, any other fintech and bank works the exact same way (it's not a decision we make, it's a part of the card schema infrastructure).

Hope our efforts to become better succeed and we eliminate experiences like this one.

Don't do it .

I'm actually regretting opening this wallet. It's been 15 hours I'm waiting for 1 USDT transfer. Support non existent. I'm just so frustrated. I should have done more research.

It could have been one of many issues, but it may have been:
1. Our fault - a missed blockchain event and we didn't see your deposit
2. Your mistake - if you sent USDT to the wrong address or on the wrong network (not arbitrum) there's no way we can help recover that 1 USDT. We can however deposit 1 USDT in your wallet to compensate for this experience, you just need to reach out through the in-app support chat so we can identify you properly.

Again, we're sorry, we understand how frustrating it is when money disappears, so we'll do our best to make it up to you regardless of what happened.
