Thanks for your feedback. We're glad you like the T-shirt's design, although we're sorry the fabric wasn't quite what you expected.

Regarding delivery, we'd like to clarify the timeline for anyone reading this review. Your order was placed on 8 September, shipped on 11 September, and delivered on 15 September. That's just 2 business days for fulfilment and 2 business days for UK delivery, both comfortably within our stated timeframes of up to 5 business days for fulfilment and typically 2–5 business days for shipping. Your order was delivered within the quickest end of our estimated timeframes.

As for the fabric, the T-shirt you purchased is intentionally lightweight, as clearly stated on the product page, where we also specify the exact fabric weight. Lightweight doesn't mean low quality, though. Our T-shirts are made from 100% ringspun and combed cotton. Ringspun cotton is made by twisting the fibres into a finer, smoother yarn, while combing removes shorter fibres and impurities before spinning. The result is a soft, smooth fabric with a refined feel.

Of course, we understand that fabric weight comes down to personal preference. If you prefer a more substantial feel, we've recently introduced oversized heavyweight T-shirts that may be more your style. Our customer service team will be happy to help you find them.

Hi Justin,

For anyone reading: this review was written while Justin's crewneck was still on its way to him.

His order contained a sticker and a crewneck, which ship from two different fulfillment centers. Justin received a separate tracking email for each package, and the packing slip in the sticker package explained that the rest of his order was on its way. Instead of contacting us, Justin posted this review.

Nothing actually went wrong. We reached out to Justin the same day with his tracking link, and his crewneck was delivered in early September. Afterwards, Justin confirmed by email that he had received it and said he would update his review. We sent him the direct link, but the review remains unchanged.

For future customers: we always try to ship orders in a single package. When the items aren't all available at the same fulfillment center, they may arrive separately, each with its own tracking email, as explained in our shipping policy.

Justin, we're glad your crewneck arrived safely. Our offer to help you update your review still stands.
