This concerns the Bari airport and the rental agency there. The service at the counter was excellent; the ladies were pleasant, and despite the heat and the chaos at the airport, everything went smoothly. If I could rate just the service separately, I’d give the ladies a 5—but I’m giving the rental agency a 1 overall because of the service at the parking lot.
The car was clean; I picked it up with a full tank and returned it with a full tank. I filled it to the brim 10 km before the rental location—showing the receipt didn't help, as they charged me 30 euros for "missing fuel" anyway. I never received a reply to my email. It’s strange. We rented three cars at the same time—one after another, 3 families,—and returned them the same way. We filled them up at the same station at the same time before returning them and drove to the airport together. They deducted money from me, but not the others. Did my car really burn that much fuel over just 10 km? Oh well. I’m writing off the 30 euros as a vacation expense, but the way they handled it is odd, as is the lack of a response. I won't exactly go broke over 30 euros, but they won't earn 600 euros from me next time I need to rent a car.

Great car it was clean, friendly staff but the oil was low in the car after 2 day it asked for a liter. Also it was out of windscreen washer fluid.

Excellent staff & really good vehicle

Extremely rude personell in Bari airport that couldn’t explain anything and was very stressed.
We didn’t get the car we ordered, Audi A3 since they don’t have it at all!
The car also had massive damage on the coating that we were responsible for documenting.
In Italy EasyPark is used almost everywhere to be able to park. But we couldn’t use this because there were unpaid bills on the car from a previous customer. When calling Autovia to get help, they just hung up…

As a mother, this was one of the most stressful travel experiences I've ever had.

We rented a car from this company for our family vacation in Bari and prepaid €195. When we arrived at the airport to collect the car, we were told that my husband's Albanian driver's license was not enough and that he also needed an International Driving Permit.

The most frustrating part is that we rented from the same company last year using the exact same license, and no one asked for an International Driving Permit. If this had been clearly communicated during the booking process, we would have obtained one before traveling.

Instead, we spent more than five hours at the airport trying to find a solution. Traveling with a tired and hungry 2-year-old, watching him become increasingly upset while we were left without any real assistance, was heartbreaking. Rather than helping us, they simply refused to give us the car and told us to request a refund by email.

We did exactly that, only to be told that our €195 would not be refunded because the requirement was supposedly included somewhere in their terms and conditions. They kept our money despite providing no service at all.

This completely ruined the first day of our family vacation and caused unnecessary stress for all of us, especially our little one.

If you are traveling with children, the last thing you need is to be stranded at the airport for hours because of a requirement that was never made clear. Be extremely careful when booking with this company, especially if you have a non-EU driver's license. Double-check every document they may require, even if you've rented from them before under the same conditions.

Car was clean, staff very kind, fast pick up and return procedure, easy to find, just 300 m straigt forward once you exit the airport buulding .. good value for money. Sign for full coverage insurance at the counter. No worries at all.

The service provided was professional in every terms.

The whole process was very quick! Just what I needed.
The car was in a good condition and worked well.
After I left back the car the warranty was released almost instantly.

Easy rent process and new car

Quick, efficient, & so far very professional

Great car, brand new BYD, good customer handling.

Correct company, new cars, good service.
It took more time for car pickup, maybe due to busy hour 14:00-15:00.

There was approx. an hour of flight delay in Edinburgh to Bari and I had promptly let office know. I received a reply folloqing day. At the desk, it was explained to me that there were other customers late as well-arriving from same flight. I was the first one to arrive at your desk, due to being able to go through passport control without frills.
Despite this, I was told to pay 60 Euros for late check in and when I asked if this was specified in booking terms and coditions, your staff member behind the counter told me very abruptly: " eehh, either this or try to walk to your destination or good luck with finding a taxi. If you want, complain to your airline about this!"
Dissaointed with this treatment, I refused to proceed with the extra hidden charge and left.
I costed me a emergency hotel booking, taxi forth and back to Modugno, where hotal was, also a day less on the beach as initially planned.
Rented a car following morning with Drivalia, costing less, better car, also excelletn customer services.
Rest assured, I will forward this review in all platforms available, to inform potential future customers.

Was first on the line to get papers done. Was quick and easy process, nice personell. All in all getting the car didnt take more than 10 min with all paper works. Car was ready, just took and hit the road. Also returning the car was quick and transparent process.
