One of the best experiencesthat I have ever had when dealing with someone on the telephone Gay Glenn didn’t seem like she just to sell a product. I felt that she really cared that I found a plan that suited my budget and that everything would b taken care of and my kids wouldn’t have to worry about how to pay for a funeral . She was courteously, explained everything to me she wasn’t rude and I would deal with all telemarketers if they were like GayGlenn
