Gay Glenn was exceptionally polite, patient, through, and professional from the beginning of our call to the end. She listened to me and asked the appropriate questions to know my goals for the insurance I wanted and confirmed what I did not want quickly. She went into great detail about the plan being offered and frequently made sure I understood what she meant by what she was saying.
