DON NOT GET TRADE INSURANCE WITH THESE SCAMMERS.
Clean cut case. Cars stolen. Police report. Cctv. All three of the burglars caught and charged. All before we even get a call back. After chasing them. To be told they haven't even got to ball rolling yet.
Sending yet another assessor now. Will be cancelling asap. 9 years with them and no claims. First one and being totally messed about. It's hard enough as a small business. This is really affecting my mental health. A big chuck of money from two cars has gone and I can't keep going. Disgusting

ClaimNo 21402548 arch do not use this company been waiting for years to sort a claim out loss to my self over £4500 thousand pound with no interest on money if i owed them they would charge me interest bet you years waiting this policy number is part of servicing charge witch we the tenants in 2020 11 November fire hobs road Lichfield I have never been reimbursed for my Time my workers and my costs for the refurb to my apartment no 20 over nu 16 where the fire took place 5 years Lovetts told me to go ahead because they could not find workers to do it before Christmas we were only let back in to the property on 9 December I’ve have asked for a copy of the policy you refused to give it to see what is covered Lovett also refused to give me a copy of the policy we the tenants landlord pay for this in the service charge why wouldn’t you give it ??????! I’m out 9 thousand pound over the length of time interest at 8% If I’m late with anything I get charged interest ARCH insurance need investigating by local mp Dave Robertson ?

Ryan Gavan was extremely helpful to ourselves as the broker in keeping us updated throughout the life of this claim. The claim was quite unique in that the claimant didn't instruct legal representative and attempted to claim directly from Arch.
Ryan went above and beyond with the claimant in guiding them through the process and as mentioned provided us with full facts along the way.
The claim has now closed with only fees paid

Insurance adjuster was friendly, fast and responsive. Liability was admitted quickly under obvious circumstances. Should have asked for £2 million but initial offer of settlement was accepted without qualms. Not £2 million lol. Found the entire process fair, amiable and equitable

Shabnam Yunis dealt with a products liability claim involving a number of parties. She dealt with all correspondence in an extremely prompt manner and kept us informed of developments throughout the claim. This was very helpful in managing communication between our client and their customer (who was the claimant). Having settled the claim a full recovery was obtained from an overseas entity which was a fantastic result.
