Shipping time is awfully takes well over 2 months to receive your order.

No Return, no Money back

I had pieces that doesn‘t fit. I tried to use the return portal but it didn‘t work. So I wrote the support, they said send back, we will send you the money on your bankaccount (16,49€ from germany). I didn‘t got the Money for shipping and also not for the returned pieces.
Support doesn‘t react.

Return doesn't work

Return doesn't work
Tried to send my article back, but the return portal doesn't work. Tried to get my return label by email as told on the homepage, but no reaction to meanwhile 3 emails, I am waiting for a week now. Very disappointing!
