Avoid this vendor for F1.

for the last 5 years i have attended 1-2 F1 events by buying it from the official site. Last year I bought 2 tickets for the Canadian Grand Prix in 2020 via Gootickets / an event that got canceled. I have requested refund since May and after 10 months i still have not seen any money back. This is outrageous- it’s not that am waiting for 20 bucks back but almost 1000 !! How is it possible that they dare to sell tickets for 2021 when they did not yet close the refund issue for 2020?
I’m going to pursue legal actions - So avoid getting your tickets from this vendor, unless you are willing to loose your money.

We understand your frustration and apologize for the delay in the refund process which is due to the fact that we have still not been refunded on our side from the race promoter. Gootickets is acting as a re-seller of tickets and as such, we need to recover the amounts paid to the promoter before we can issue refunds to our clients. Was a great experience!
The reason why 4 stars instead of 5 is that we had to wait quite long before everything was setup. In addition, would have been useful to get a timing for the lap that was completed. Otherwise the event and selection of cars was very nice, as well as the staff very friendly and professional. It was nice idea to be able to watch all other cars on track. I would certainly recommend this further.

Dear Client, thanks for your positive review. Even though most of the times the stay can be lower, in the convocation papers, we explain that the event can take about 3 hours, because it depends on many factors. But, we are always willing to get better, so thank you for your critic. Regarding the timing, this is not a race, so we are not allowed to take the timings of the drivers, otherwise everybody would try to reach the fastest lap, without giving attention to the driving itself and potentially making errors.
