Total disaster - avoid like plague

The company is a total disaster. My order took over two weeks. No communication between delivery agent and the call center - delivery times are basically totally random. After numerous emails with the company the order wasn't completed in full and I have been advised tht it wouldn't happen over the next two weeks either.

Avoid this company like a plague!
