Nitika had very good phone manners and did her best to help me in my issue. She refunded a cancellation insurance that I didn't think I'd asked for, and I'm very grateful to her for that.

I still really don't appreciate how non transparent the fees are that edreams ends up charging and will not use this company again, but this has nothing to do with Nitika's performance, which was very good.
