The gold standard in protective cases. The majority of my cases have travelled 7000+ miles to date via ground, sea and air with no damage to either cases or equipment. Tried and tested.

The go-to for authentic feedback
The most trusted online review community on the market. The compliance team are extremely professional and highly skilled in conflict resolution.
Thank you for your great review! The reason Trustpilot was started was to give consumers the power of knowledge. Our CEO wanted his mum to be safe when making a purchase online, and now Trustpilot helps millions of customers make informed shopping decisions.
We hope that by making consumer comments visible, companies will constantly improve their service with the feedback provided. We want both consumers and companies to benefit from this community.
I hope you continue to read and write reviews!
Have a great day.

Trustpilot Support
Excellent platform
Excellent platform, staff are always helpful in resolving disputes.
Excellent.
Excellent. Fast shipping, great customer service.
Misleading
Reviews.io has an invite-only option for reviews. Therefore, customers can only leave feedback if a business asks them to. But the fact that businesses can choose who they invite means that new customers aren’t getting the full picture as businesses can simply choose customers they know had a great experience to leave reviews.
Worst Moving Experience Ever
Terrible. The company's website shows reviews from Reviews.io - a site which only allows verified customers to leave feedback through an email invitation. Truly authentic feedback occurs when everyone is allowed to leave a review - something that Trustpilot allows and Reviews.io does not. The company will not want you to see their reviews on Yell, Sirelo and Removalreviews.co.uk. Salesman advised that our shipment (entire contents of 2 bedroom, 1000 sq. ft. apartment) would leave UK on 29th June. Shipment did not leave UK until 27th July. When queried, salesman began quoting small print, advising that all times are approximate. Management ignored repeated requests for updates and could not confirm a shipping date. The company mentions compensation in their reply below. General Manager advised by phone (recorded) that he would "see what I can do regarding compensation." I suggest the company review their own recording of this. He then ignored all further correspondence from me. I made 4 separate requests for the Managing Director to call me which he never did, making several excuses each time through his employees. Customer service continuously advised that he was "unavailable" as he "heads up a multi-million pound business." The cost of this move was £5835. They will tell you what you want to hear to secure a sale. Quick to take the money and no interest in the customer once they have it. The company will put more effort in attempting to remove your Trustpilot review (by reporting it for various reasons) than resolving any issues. However, I feel sorry for the lady whose full-time job at Matthew James is to reply to reviews (below) and to report reviews in an attempt to have them removed / defend the actions of this amateur organisation. All correspondence is available to anyone who wishes to contact me. I would be interested to see just how many reviews the company has removed to date through reporting them. The lady in question has reported this review on 6 separate occasions (once for GDPR, which was amended and republished, the other 5 (which she doesn't mention below in an effort to misguide) for "editing reviews" which is actually allowed - there's an Edit button for a reason) with the intent of having it removed. She confirmed in a recent phonecall (recorded) that she has been reporting my review although it was extremely difficult to hear her with dogs barking in the background on her side. It is clear that this company does it's HR on the cheap, perhaps outsourced to an inexperienced individual. I say outsourced as she did not have any knowledge of the issues in question and was more concerned with saying "you won't be getting compensation." I have asked Trustpilot Compliance to investigate her misuse of the 'Report This Review' feature. Highly incompetent, unprofessional and arrogant as you will see from her reply below. Avoid.
The company has not failed in its contractual obligations in any way, which is fact. We would encourage you to prove otherwise.
We would also encourage you to provide a copy of the alleged phone call where the manager discussed compensation - bearing in mind that we record our calls.
You have now revealed what you are seeking from the company - £2,900! If you do not receive it, you will continue to harass.
It is you, not our company who is attempting to negate our right to reply.
You appear to present yourself as a paragon of virtue and state how ‘truly authentic feedback occurs when everyone is allowed to leave a review’ Ironic then that you repeatedly remove our feedback by constantly re-listing your review. It is bordering on an obsession.
You continuously edit the review in order to remain at the top, such is your frustration that your extortion tactics are not working.
This is not an ‘angry’ response, merely a right of response. Our employees are proud to work for our company and our standards are exceptionally high. Our excellent score denotes that our valued clients concur. We have no need or desire to succumb to tactics designed to procure compensation when we have not failed in our agreement in any way.
The attempts by the company to have your review amended are to protect our employees right to privacy, in accordance with GDPR. No other reason. You were requested by Trustpilot to alter you review, which you did, only to change it back again.
Feedback is welcomed, public defamation in order to extort money is not.
Please feel free to continue amending your review multiple times a day.
Matthew James
