Poor Product and Poor service
Extremely disappointed with the Coach wallet that I purchased a little over two years ago. The inside of the wallet has been peeling off! In response to my email with pictures I was asked for the receipt. I managed to find the receipt and sent a picture. At the end of this emailing back and forth, I was told that nothing could be done and that it wasn't a manufacturing defect!!! Previously I had a wallet which was an unknown brand. It lasted about 9 years! I will surely never enter another Coach shop.
