Sneaky booking fee..this is fraud!
I cannot give zero star unfortunately...I've just booked my flight to Rome, which initially was 214 EUR and it was the same during the entire booking process. When I've got the confirmation email, I noticed that I've paid 243, so 29 EUR more which apparently is the booking fee. It hasn't been mentioned for the entire booking process and in the invoice there isn't any detail which indicate 29 euro for booking fee. I call it fraud, because if I knew it before, I would chose another cheaper flight. There is not problem, as I've already notified my lawyer, who will take care of the case. For sure they've lost a client and I will spread the voice.

Inaccettabile. Ho cambiato un attimo canale ed e' saltato tutto. Come si fa a far pagare 30 euro per sto servizio poi me lo spiegano
