AVOID!!!!!

We booked a holiday over the phone and they spelt 6 of our names wrong despite us spelling it out and the agent OMAR repeating the correct spelling! We called back right away to be told they need to investigate and will call us back in 72 hours after firstly saying we had to pay for a name change!! Even though it was their fault! 18 days later and it still isn’t sorted, noone called us back in the time frame! We have been told numerous times a manager would call us back and didn’t. We finally spoke to a supervisor today who said they can’t find the call recordings!! We want this sorted or we are going to the ombudsman! They have caused us unnecessary stress over a mistake they made!
UPDATE:
I WAS TOLD TWICE THIS WEEK A MANAGER WOULD CALL ME BACK AND RECEIVED NO CALL, THEY HAVE NOW ASKED THAT I SEND THE EMAIL AGAIN DESPITE RECEIVING ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY RECEIVED IT. TIME WASTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Prices no longer competitive

I booked a few times on here previously which was really good everything went well and prices really good. I booked my last holiday with Teletext in Oct and the hotel was awful. The prices advertised do not include bags and you need to keep in mind you will be paying at least £100 more than the advertised price. Customer service are rude and unhelpful, exspecially when you say you are not longer intestested. The prices are no longer competitive, big UK main high street holidays providers offer cheaper deals now. I no longer would recommend teletext holidays, the last quote I received was £300 more than the same deal I found on FirstChoice and everyone knows FirstChoice are quite pricey which says a lot really.

Your feedback on our prices is appreciated: we do advise about live pricing at various places on our website, “Prices change regularly, please call now for the live price". To clarify, all prices shown on the website are correct at the time they were posted but, because we act as an agent and do not control prices, we use suppliers' live systems for flights and accommodation and prices are always fluctuating. The live price would be confirmed to you when you make the booking over the phone with an agent. Furthermore, any extras such as baggage, transfers, etc, are not included in the advertised price and are optional.

AVOID

My flowers did not get delivered on the nominated day, I sent various emails to support and received the same generic automated response 3 times. When the flowers did arrive they looked awful. I asked to cancel my order and refund me but instead they delivered the flowers a day late. Honestly do not waste your time. It looked like half the bunch was missing! I am now waiting for a manager to contact me. You do not get any notifications at all notifying about the dispatch or delivery of the flowers. Not a good service at all!

You have to pay to return!!

Not impressed that you have to pay to return an item! I have never had to pay to return an item with any other online retailer, extremely disappointed, I will never order from here again. I brought the exact same dress that I had brought from a retailers that sells AX Paris products just in another colour and the sizing was completely different.
