I ordered a photo book for an 80th…
I ordered a photo book for an 80th birthday. A week after ordering i received an email from Bonusprint saying they were busy and the book would be delayed. As a result the book wont arrive for the birthday party. Very disappointing.

Renewed my insurance and breakdown cover once again with Comfort Insurance. Very pleasant call with Elaine who re-confirmed the policy details. A small increase in premium from the prior year along with strong ratings made the renewal decision an easy one.

Fletchers communicated throughout the process to explain what was happening and what i could expect next. They were on the front foot throughout.
Very professional and efficient
Very professional and efficient. Clearly explain what is involved and quickly organise for the relevant forms to be signed. The only slightly unclear aspect comes late in the process when they hand you off to the legal company taking the claim forward once you are signed-up. It seems that Patient Claim Line are in effect a recruiter of business and don't execute the claim. This isn't made clear.
