REALLY SLOW
Ordered a lock for my new bike. The website said in stock then 3 days later it still says In transit to our logistics center so they don't have items in stock it seems to me they place a order with their suppliers when they take a order. So I canceled that item and tried another lock which when I ordered it said it would be delivered Thursday or Friday. Now that as been changed to Friday or Monday still not been dispatched.
Rubbish customer service centre takes forever to speak with someone.
What a joke this outfit is...will never shop here again!
I'm waiting for most crap companies excuse it will be COVID. Which if said will be a joke because I have placed loads of online orders and only the bad companies make the excuse all decent companies still manage to get the order delivered the next day.

Avoid these crooks
I had a replacement bankcard send by these and on the day it was supposed to be delivered it said out for delivery and at 19:07 the package was updated to delivered this was on a Friday. When I contacted them on the Monday they said it would be delivered today. They faked that the delivery had been made and even said that I had received it on the online tracking. Very Dishonest

The worst company I have ever dealt with NO customer service. To be this company basically use Dropship. Would not recommend rude unhelpful staff. DO NOT USE. Unless you want a damaged bath and totally useless answers you can wait a week for a replacement.

Pedí un teléfono que le dijeron que llegaría hoy. Les envié un correo electrónico esta mañana para confirmar y me dijeron que sí. Ahora digamos que será entregado mañana. Perdido todo un día esperando la entrega ahora tendrá que esperar mañana y esperar que llegue. Soy una pérdida total de mi tiempo.

You pay for a 24hr delivery which I always thought was the next day but for some reason with these cowboys it means Thursday instead of Tuesday which it should be. The worst thing is that they send you an email with the delivery date on after the call centre has closed for the day so you can't contact them until tomorrow. So there is no way I can get the parcel tomorrow now. It stinks.

I used to tell everyone to get a Borderless Account it was a great product, but they seem to have started to get greedy has just got a email from the 1st December 2018 they are starting to charge for Bank transfers 65p to send money. Saying it cost them money to send it. I thought it was done electronically so where is the charge involved. Even the main UK banks don't charge to do BACS transfers.
So my conclusion it was a great product but now quite has good. But what charges next? Maybe a monthly fee if they think they can get away with it who knows.

Do not use you can't get your money out.
This is one of the worst p2p lending sites out there their returns are only 11%. But the most frustrating thing is you can deposit money via transferwise etc. But they will not let you get your money back. In my opinion you are better using a site like Mintos has they have more attractive rates and I have no problem withdrawing my money.

Overall not too bad returns but not the best buyback guarantee has they only payback the capital not the interest. The most annoying thing for me is like a few of these site when you make a withdrawal they wait a few days before sending it which is quite annoying just keeping your money for a few days but you are losing interest just can't see why it takes so long.
Quite I default rate you do get the prinicple back after the 60 day buyback period but not the interest so overall would not reccomend.
