I paid for a ticket from Vienna to Cork…
I paid for a ticket from Vienna to Cork Ireland, via Schipol Amsterdam. As soon as they had received my payment. All subsequent emails were in FRENCH!!!! as I do not read or speak French, I was concerned. There was something about an e-ticket, to be picked up God knows where. The Airport? They kept emailing me in French from KLM. I have lodged a complaint with my Credit Card Company. As far as I am concerned, they are clearly scam artists to be avoided at all costs.

Refererence my experience with Staysure, I have always found them to be
precisely efficient to determine your exact medical history, which is
relevant to the company. From the purchaser, it maybe a trifle “ pedantic “
but the old saying in ANYTHING you buy, the devil is in the detail,
in my opinion always the case.
I, like thousands of people who buy Travel Insurance, fervently hope
you never have to use the service.

Travel Insurance without stress
Hi, I have just been through the process of medical screening, with regard to purchasing Travel Insurance. As a 70 year old, I expected it to be rather daunting. Staysure were very slick, and professional.
What I was impressed by was the dreaded " Terms & Conditions"
There was no physcobabble, i.e. terminology that was incomprehensible to the lay man. For the first time I actually understood what I was reading!
My last Insurance Policy the T&Cs were 56 pages long, and a friend of mine, Solicitor did not understand them, so what chance have I got. Having said all the above I hopefully will never have to use the policy
