Same as everyone else. Asked for a refund once flights were cancelled because of covid-19. Thought everything was ok then got email to say I was getting vouchers and if I wanted a refund to go to site. On site said had to call. Been trying for 3 weeks cant get answer just constant loop. They seem to act with impunity. Total disregard to the law. Can we take them to European Court??

Tried to order an item. Tried to communicate with custome services as it say to do so when not being shipped to Spain. The excuse for customer services asked for same information a couple of times to work out a price. It was given. Emailed a few times since for an answer but no reply. Absolute joke of a company. Probably just aswell I didn't get a reply as hate to think what would happen if I had ordered and paid,

Amazon.es item was to be delivered by…
Amazon.es item was to be delivered by Seur. Wasted 2 days holiday waiting for it. Still hasn't arrived. They first said item was damaged and was returned to Madrid. Then they said I had rearranged delivery which was a blatant lie. I have had useless delivery companies before but none have ever lied that I rearranged.
Please do not use this company. They should not be in business.

Data coverage and network was ok …
Data coverage and network was ok outdoors by absolutely useless indoors. Stuck with contract with contract for a year and just cancelled. Wont have to use a dual sim phone anymore. My advice if you want to use your phone indoors please do yourself a favour and get a different provider.
Awful company.
Renewal time and I put another bike on my policy on the phone. Filled in form that they sent me and was honest and truthful about accidents I had in the car not bike. I had never been asked about any accidents on the phone.Sent the form in and got email and letter a few days later saying that they were cancelling my insurance in 14 days. Unknown to me they decided to cancel 14 days after date of commencement because then as I have since found out a lot of the insurance is not refundable. Out of £300 I paid for insurance I have been told I am getting £125 back. There 14 days insurance cost me £175. Sure this is at least unethical to say that your insurance is cancelled and hang on until you cant get a proper refund or at worse daylight robbery. I will be reporting them to the financial ombudsman. I would advise anyone who is thinking of taking out insurance with them to be very very careful and if they say they are cancelling your insurance and when they are doing it get on the phone and tell them that you are cancelling. Not only have they taken £175 from me I now have to disclose to other insurance companies that I have had insurance cancelled. It would all have been avoided if they had asked the questions on the phone. Please Bikesure save your time and don't bother saying how sorry you are that I'm not happy with your service and we hope you will return in the future. Not this lifetime. Financial Ombudsman here I come.

Customer service terrible
Received a broken screen and was refused a replacement as they said I should have opened the box at the door. What if I hadn't been in and it was left at neighbours? Would they open package and inspect. Never happened to me before and buy most items from the internet. Would strongly advise purchasing from elsewhere or please open package at the door when it arrives and before you sign that it has been received.
