Shocking customer service & support
We booked with perfect holiday they asked us to leave feed back so we did and at the time was happy . How ever we asked them to assist us with booking up grades leg room as my husband is very disabled. We never received a call and never heard again except to tell us we missed final payment date ( iwe don’t travel for 4 months ) they then charge £68 per person and said we could incurr even more charges . We will take this to ombudsman but so far customer service is negative and we won’t ever book with them again
