Got it wrong twice - why just do it wrong again?
Could have been good if they had quality checks. Acrylic Print seemed good quality but was too light. They tried again - second one exactly the same.(why??). Offered a third attempt or refund but only if I posted everything back to them - I have better things to do than driving 8 miles to a post office.

I returned 4 F&D pillows as they were far too firm and requested alternatives to be sent instead. Request ignored. No explanation.

Having looked in to the matter a little further I'm afraid your return was processed as refund instead of an exchange.
If an exchange was requested on your return slip, then this seems to have been a human error in the warehouse, I am very sorry about this.

Tyres fine but no receipt
Good tyre prices and fast fitting but post fitting I have no receipt, confirmation or guarantee neither on paper nor by email.
Great price but service lacking
Very happy with the price for my car insurance but after completion they requested a copy of NCD proof and occupations of drivers but when I emailed to them I have had no acknowledgement so don't know if it's ok or not.
Thanks for the feedback and good points. After you send in your documentation it can take us a little while longer to check through and validate the details that we need to. There's always the ability to call and speak directly to the team dealing with it too so you can learn more about the process if you wish.

late and damaged
Although I ordered the photo book several days before their Xmas deadline it was delivered after Xmas. The book arrived slightly damaged - corners of cover bent.
Quality of photos fine.

Bought a XL square photobook using an offer that meant it was 60% off. Very good quailty product and service was quick. I would not pay the full price though!

Cat food I wanted was out of stock so I used the "email me when back in stock" service. I got the email but they were already sold out again when I tried a second time.
I emailed Pet Supermarket back to complain and was told next day that they had more in so I was able to get what I wanted before my discount code expired.
Delivery arrived in a few days.
Recommended although they are not always the cheapest online.
