Terrible service - steer clear

Product quality is excellent, let down by the shockingly terrible customer service.
The order took weeks to arrive and when it finally did the packaging was badly damaged and parts missing.
AUER were informed immediately by both ourselves and the courier, as per their procedure. However they claimed we did not advise them soon enough so they would not provide a credit for the missing parts and would not send replacements. We had several weeks of back and forth to try to resolve but was pointless they were dismissive and not interested, then they had the nerve to charge us a late payment fee!
Despicable attitude, we will never use them again and would not ever recommend to anyone.
Steer well clear.

We wish to point out that - as per the photos provided by you - the outer packaging of your order was heavily damaged with a visibly big hole in it. A parcel tape which AUER Packaging does not use is clearly visible and we therefore assume that the 3 lids got lost in transit.

The consignee is obliged to ask for a complaint form upon receipt in such cases.
With your signature, you have confirmed to have the order received in good condition and in full – any complaints in hindsight cannot be accepted.
