Review of AvaTrade
Bad customer service. Incompetent financial department
The customer service experience with Avatrade is a really bad, I would not recommend this broker. If you do a transfer, an immediate transfer they will take three days to clear your funds although you sent proof of payment and the money shows directly in their account. This did not happen once, I'm currently on the third try still waiting for my funds to be allocated. Only automated replies on my mails and they do not answer if I call. This is when you deposit money. What worries me is that it will be worse on withdrawal. Stay away!!!
