Holiday went well but communicating…

Holiday went well but communicating with last-minute is not easy. Our tickets didn't arrive to print off until the morning we set off for the airport but we had already set off so had to sort it ourselves when we got there. For the money we paid to go to New York a problem like this shouldn't occur.
