Thank you very much for your service and customer support after receiving a faulty guitar. I got a replacemente within 5 working days, simply amazing.
Note for other customers: it is important to give people a chance to help you when a service like this is involved. I know it can be frustrating receiving a faulty item, but let people do their jobs and help you get the product you paid for. These guys really did a great job.
