Lost more than earned

For me the company acted as a setup, either due to political or ethnic reasons (i am russian norwegian living in uk). We agreed on estimate price for a one double bedroom trendy neighborghood completely renovated with wholewood mohogomy floor, Renee Mackinosh kitchen and new windows, not to mention original artwork and antiquities, as average 3 star one person nonsentral hotell room, which was lower than average. For Summer Festival prices trippel, mine instead reduced to lower than homeless shelter overnight price, with a weird logo Sale over ad (no booking gaps to explain price reduction, actually, no pre-agreed reduction as i noticed it by chance from booking summaries, called and fixed on at least shelter minimum while they made it lower, 40/night, the price that does not exist) and had all electric appliencies (boiler, oven and dishwasher) damaged, plus boiler was set by wire fix on maximum boiling hot constant boost, so that my el bill was 100 instead of fixed 30pounds a month for a uear of letting.The mattrass has huge unremovable stain and red glass bottom stain. All of that with styling by cleaners making it look on surface as some shiny Buckingham. No compensation was received after complain.
