I bought a small mixing desk (amongst other items) from them and after very limited use the item ceased working. Upon contacting customer services I was told to use the item with another power lead - even though the item's lead is highly unusual and states on the chassis that it is to only be used with the supplied lead. (It does not seem reasonable that I am expected to have a spare power supply of the type for this unit available to me)
And that was it, that was their sole and total response.They are now ignoring my communications - probably imaging that because I am in the UK that there is no remedy for me to obtain my money back.
I am currently seeking legal advice.
Perhaps if you are in Germany you may be safe to use this company, but they seem to be quite prepared to supply defective goods to customers in other locales and hide behind the difficulty of pursuing these matters across borders.
