Cannot request a refund!!!!!!!

Extremely poor customer service.
I simply want to refund my money however AvaTrade is refusing stating that I have not verified my account.
I uploaded all documents over a month ago as well as uploading again earlier this week.
Unless this is resolved immediately I will be spending all of my spare time filling your Twitter and Facebook feeds with poor reviews.
