Wow - so you are telling me that in 11 years you have not managed to set up decent customer support? What abut learning a thing or 2 about customer services? Seems like another lie. You have not been a "market leader" in anything ever guys, sorry to break it to you. I will repeat to anyone who is reading this. There are WAY better brokers out there that are more trustworthy and care about their customers. I wish there was a legal way to shut down this pyramid scheme but unfortunately i have better things to do with my time other than chasing losers around.
