Dolphin Computer Access – Avoid at all costs
I rely on SuperNova to use my computer independently. After a Windows 11 update, it started crashing. Dolphin’s “support” told me: no help unless I pay for the new latest version 24 or an expensive maintenance plan. No troubleshooting, no patch, no empathy, just a cash grab.
My advice: AVOID and go for an Apple device, the support is far superior
SuperNova now costs over £1,000, yet the company washes its hands when the software fails. Contrast this with Apple devices, which come with built-in accessibility features at no extra cost. Dolphin clearly cares more about profits than users who depend on their products.
Do not buy from them. They are indifferent, money-driven, and leave visually impaired people stranded.
