X Funded 

I initially had a positive impression of xFunded and was seriously considering purchasing a challenge and starting to trade with them a few weeks ago. Everything looked promising at first glance.

However, in the meantime, I received direct feedback from a close friend who is already actively trading with xFunded, and this completely changed my view. The payout process and payout speed appear to be extremely slow and problematic. My colleague has now been waiting for his payout for almost four weeks. During this time, he has contacted support multiple times, but only receives generic responses and is constantly being told to wait or that someone will get back to him.

The same applies to communication via Instagram. From the outside, it feels like issues are being delayed rather than resolved. There are no clear or transparent updates, and when questions are asked, responses are vague and non-committal.

Due to these ongoing payout delays and the lack of clear communication, I ultimately decided not to trade with xFunded. In my opinion, this payout behavior is neither market-standard nor acceptable for a professional prop trading firm. Trust and reliability are crucial in this industry, and unfortunately, this experience raised too many red flags for me.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience with XFunded, especially with the 7-day withdrawal option.
My first payout was successfully paid, and my latest payout has been approved, with the funds expected to arrive in my crypto wallet within 5 business days.
It’s worth noting that withdrawal approval can take anywhere from 1 to 14 days, and during busy periods responses can be slower. That said, when contacted via Instagram, the team tends to reply with more detail and actually takes the time to review the situation.
Once everything was reviewed, the process moved forward smoothly. I would definitely recommend XFunded to anyone looking for a prop firm, and the availability of discount and coupon codes is also a nice bonus.

I requested a payout of $1,010 after completing my trading phase.
During the entire trading period, the dashboard showed full compliance with all rules. No warnings, no violations, nothing.

What happened next clearly shows a lack of transparency:
1. My payout was initially rejected for a supposed 45% consistency breach.
This was false: my largest trade represented 44.95%, which is below the stated limit.
2. After I demonstrated this mathematically by email, the case was “escalated” to a manual review.
3. Only after my dispute, the dashboard was modified to display a manual violation that had never appeared during trading.
4. The justification then changed again:
two separate trades, with separate tickets and separate PnL, opened at the same time, were retroactively grouped and considered one single trade, based on an alleged “intent to bypass rules”.

⚠️ Critical point:
At the time of trading and at the time of my payout request, this aggregation rule was not clearly stated in the rules accessible to traders, nor reflected on the dashboard.

After I pointed out this issue by email, the firm updated their Terms & Conditions to explicitly include this interpretation, meaning the rule was effectively clarified or added after the dispute and after the payout request.

There was:
• no warning during trading
• no automated violation
• no real-time enforcement
• a rule applied retroactively at payout stage

The final decision relied entirely on manual discretion and subjective interpretation.

For traders, this means:
• you can follow the dashboard
• respect the visible rules
• pass the challenge
• and still be denied a payout because rules are reinterpreted or updated afterward

This is not proper risk management.
This is changing the rules when it is time to pay.

This review is written to warn other traders.

This review is written after exhausting all internal communication.

I requested a payout based on $6,000 in profits.
Under xFunded’s rules, this account has a 50% profit split, which is standard and fully accepted.
That means a $3,000 payout.

Instead of processing it, xFunded denied the withdrawal entirely, suddenly alleging an IP rule violation.

This allegation is false.

I have:

Traded only from my home

Used the same IP at all times

Never used a VPS, proxy, remote server, or third-party access

What makes this case extremely concerning is the timing and pattern.

I have already withdrawn twice before, using exactly the same IP and setup, with no issues at all.
Only now, when I requested the maximum payout possible, does xFunded suddenly claim there is an IP violation.

No logs.
No technical proof.
No evidence provided.

Just a denial.

This strongly suggests that the alleged IP violation is being used as a post-factum excuse to avoid paying a larger withdrawal.

For a prop firm, this behavior is unacceptable:

Rules must be applied consistently

Violations must be backed by verifiable evidence

Payout denials cannot be based on unsubstantiated claims

Denying a payout after multiple successful withdrawals under identical conditions raises serious questions about xFunded’s internal practices.

I am posting this review publicly to request that xFunded:

Properly review my account

Check their own IP records

And contact me to resolve this situation and process the payout

Until this is addressed, traders should be extremely cautious.

My experience with XFunded was extremely disappointing. They never clearly specified the rules or the conditions for trading, and the information about payouts was confusing and incomplete. I do not recommend this prop firm to anyone looking for professionalism and clarity.
