Most of the time , they don't deliver the flowers of choice even in big big towns as their third party suppliers are from remote location. Many times the chosen flower basket arrangement is without any artistic presentation or poor workmanship. But, they are quite prompt on the chosen delivery date and sending a photograph of delivery. Considerable room to improve. Thanks.

Please shut down this website - no customer service is available to help with the order, shame on these guys for looting customers. Every customer who wants to send gifts to India, check the website reviews and place your order.

Unfortunately, this used to be a great company. Its service is going down rapidly. On a recent order, there were so many errors and delays and finally not delivered at all even after 2 days.

My order was not delivered at all. No response from these people after I contact. I will not use this website anymore.

Very bad service. I ordered a cake to Hyderabad and they have not delivered my gift. I couldn't reach their customer care since they dont answer calls or msgs.

I lost $15 because of this fraud company US2Guntur.

One of the worst service provider ever. They were good until covid. After covid no proper response . Ordered a different cake and its not even as close as the picture. On top of it they said they will provide a complimentary cake. No response from them even after 2 months. Worst . Dont not order from us2guntur website

I can't tell you how many compliments I got for the recent "Ibaco Ice Cream Cake" (Mango Italian Feista ) which I ordered for my sister's birthday. It is such a hit. Family also said, they never had such a great ice cream cake before. Not just this, but each and every cake I send to my family in Hyderabad from US2Guntur services always get a positive response from family. Cakes have always been fresh and yummy. Thank you so much Us2guntur for awesome services.

I have placed an order for annadanam for 150 members 8 Hyderabad for an amount of 95.99$, after so much follow up with them they finally sent a receipt for the donation. The receipt showed the amount of only 2000 inr while I paid 95.99$
I asked what about this huge difference, did not get any reply from them. Why did they only donated 2000 rupees in the first place, no proper communication also,

This is for donation at least they should show some respect towards donation money.

The only receipt i have received is 2000 INR. Thats all.
So please dont keep saying that you guys has sent me receipts for everything into my account. I have been reaching you guys since a week by now, nothing has been updated in my account.

The first customer care guy i spoek to he said Annadan at Hyderbad sai bab temple was done, then i spoke to manager she said Anandanam was not done at Sai baba temple, they dont even know the right information, passing inaccurate information to customers.

Like i said i have paid 95.99$ on Feb13th, which is near about 7000 INR in todays converion rate.
So for the remaining amount of 5000 INR i do not receive any kind of receipts, you say garland, and other margin costs around 5000 INR ? this is ridiculous.
Worst customer service error.
I will never use this website nor recommend it to any in my family or friends or communities here.

I recently ordered cake for my cousin's engagement. Website displayed as premium wedding cake, but delivered local cake. paid 7k.

They said 24 hours service , but no one pick the call some times. Manager number? - its fake number ..never lifts.

cake Pictures are fake. IF you are ok to deliver any caker then only order here.

I was not sure why they show so many cakes on the website. No mater what you select they will only consider the flavour. When I asked why is the design not correct, they said its already on the website that the design is not guaranteed. I would be fine with that too. They changed the message to be sent and it created hell lot of chaos. They disappointed my daughter and there was no celebration.

Amazing service and they even delivered the things that they haven't promised. Monica on the helpline was very professional and made sure that my presents to my cousin are delivered on time even on a very little notice.would highly recommend.

I was using this service from past 10 years. These guys used to be good before, I think they grew their business large enough that they don’t care anymore. I suggest everyone to find another service who is loyal to customers not just money and fame

Not at all reliable.

I made 4 orders for RAKHI festival nothing major just some Dairy milk collection. None of the orders were delivered with Dairy Milk chocolates in it and even the count of chocolates was wrong. I reached out to customer service they said they would re-deliver the correct order, instead they just delivered 4 Dairy milk chocolates (like one chocolate per order) that too after 10 days of my complaint. You can never rely on them to send what you ordered.

I dont even want to give the one star here as the service is worst ever.
