How NOT to check time-keeping

My new Casio wrist-watch arrived promptly. Thanks.
I set the time and date by using my computer (Windows PC) clock as the reference.
The new Casio seemed to be defective. Time-keeping was wildly erratic.
I was going to return it to you and ask for a replacement watch.
But then I tested its time-keeping with my phone as the reference. Casio timing was near perfect!
It became clear to me that the PC clock (any PC clock) timing is erratic and unreliable. Even BBC Radio (and TV) time signals online, are not reliable because of streaming delays.
Therefore, I suggest that you send a small note with all clocks and watches to tell your customers what reference-time they should use to set and test new time-pieces.
