Really great customer service. Took the time out to explain the different products and what I might need.
I have a riser in my handle bars so the thread on the screw was a potential issue however UA offered to source an alternative for me without any quibbles.

Try as I might, I was unable to find postage costs BEFORE completing my order and payment. Postage costs and options were then displayed for me to select before the order was fully completed. Postage costs were not unreasonable, so I don't understand the reluctance to be up front about them.....hence 4 stars not 5.

I am very impressed with the quality of the products, and helpfulness on the customer service team.
I had been looking at the ultimateaddons product line for a little while, and was pleased to see there wares for sale at the London motorcycle show. My phone was matched with a case and the three pin adapter, but neither of us was sure which mount to use on my bike. I brought one online, which unfortunately wrong. This is where the great service came in.. After emailing them, Shelley came back with a better suggestion for positioning the assemblies, which was great. Mine was easily swapped over and happily it all fits perfectly.
The quality of the kit is very good indeed. The case is excellent, and fits my phone very well. I'm yet to try it in torrential rain, but I am confident it will do well.
