Scammers stay clear take ur money and don't sort problem customers services is none very rude 12 days later and still nothing resolved stay away

I just wanted two punctures repaired and they used a hack method where they avoid deflating and taking the wheel off. Means the plug doesn't mushroom properly and you end up with a weak temporary repair. The second repair they dodged it, and so I was left with a destroyed tire that could have been repaired. So here is the part that amazed me they charged me for the bodged failed repair and a third charge of ten pounds to just take and swap the spare wheel. Dishonest and cowboys, charging money for damage they caused, the leak in the rear was repairable and even if not repaired you could add air every 3 weeks and get by. I read the reviews, the four stars look like fakes, the truth lies with the one or no stars. Avoid them at all costs.

They do exactly what it says on the tin - they change tryes ( albeit am sure they do other garage services as well ) . Friendly staff and efficient service . My one piece of advice is do your homework on tyre prices before you visit . What was sold as a best best deal actually was only 5 pounds cheaper than one of the big trye dealers . They were cheaper so no grumbles but not by the margin I was hoping for .

I replaced all my four tyres at very reasonable price. It is lot cheaper than Kwik for same type of tyre. Spiros was really great always smiling and very attentive. They put the tyres on very quickly and all done within half hour . I would definitely recommend this tyre garage .

Excellent and friendly team with competitive prices. I recently was losing pressure in a tyre. The tyre was old and was recommended to replace. I did so at a very good price. Though the issue persisted and it appeared to be a value issue. They replaced the valule at a good price, taking into account my new tyre purchase. I would highly recommend.

I think this company offers competitive prices and efficient service for tyre replacement. But the parts that were needed to track the front wheels were exorbitantly expensive. I do not know whether Top Notch actually pay these prices to that supplier, or whether they are just intermediaries, but I would advise anyone, who needs anything beyond tyres from Top Notch, to shop around, to avoid being seriously overcharged.

Damaged my wheel then told me they'd replace it after 3 days I returned wouldnt replace the tyre they damaged changed my tyres and when paying the agreed price of 140 for the tyres as the wheel was damaged and had to have wheel nuts welded of as they where damaged that bad the owner sam threatened to slap me and that I was banned from his shop . Over all I'd recommend a different tyre shop very unprofessional and very aggressive place.

I am disappointed to see members of staff sticking tape on the registration plates to hide the registration numbers, when vehicles are waiting on the double red lines to go in. Not only is this illegal it is an offence.

I bought 2 Michelin tyres on 01/07/19, during tyre change one of the guys who clearly cant be bothered to be at work that day scratched my red callipers simply because care was not taken when removing the old tyre from the car.
I complained and Ali who i believed was in charged and he told me instantly "he didn’t do it" without even asking the guy or showing any remorse to damage to my property. The guy now of course denied it as his manger just said he didn’t do it.
I showed Ali, the scratch was clean obviously freshly made and i said if i was there before hand it would be dark due to brake dust.
I can not phantom how brazen this guys were, i was very upset & had to leave before i completely loose my cool. I can handle man to man apology mistake happen, not denying it when it was so obvious. They clearly are too busy so customers property does not mean much to them.
Stay away if you don’t want to spend extra on repairing damages to your car
