Super fast shipping, great quality.

Their sarcasm is top notch and the quality and cut of their T-shirts is perfect. The loom is thick and structured with good sleeve and torso lengths; not too long and not too short. However, their hoodies do run a bit small, especially in the torso. Their sleeve length and width is good but their torso runs smaller than expected. Definitely order up if you want a baggier look. But note that the more fitted sizing also works well under a bomber or similar leather jacket.

Absolutely love the t-shirt I ordered. Fits perfectly and is tailored well and the quality is very good too.
Took a little longer than expected to arrive due to a postal strike but it was worth the wait!

Okay 3 seems stingy but… their product runs REALLY small. I’m female and a UK size 8-10 and both a hoody and t shirt in a Medium came up soooo small! I wish I’d sent them back for bigger sizes but was lazy and as they are great quality kept them but I’m surprised nobody else has commented on the the tiny sizing considering they are unisex. I expected oversized esp for Medium.

A very typical Instagram company, they put all the emphasis on promoting their products online but then can’t fulfill orders.

Before even making my purchase I emailed The Gentleshrimp to ask about the delivery dates (the website said delivery in 3-5 days, however the product wasn’t actually available for a few weeks so it gave a date further in the future) they assured me that the dates were correct and that actually the product would likely arrive before the date suggested on the order confirmation.

With some assurance I placed an order, received the confirmation email and waited.
I continued waiting, for the email to say my item had been dispatched, I waited for any contact at all.
The tracking information was dead, simply saying “you’ll receive a message when your item has been dispatched”.

The delivery date arrived but the package didn’t.

*UPDATE* - the package has since arrived 27/7.

I emailed the company to ask if they had any insights or suggestion on where my order might be, and was simply told that they had a delay from their supplier so wouldn’t receive the products until the end of the week, meaning I’ll receive mine next week.

*UPDATE* - I received no further updates on my order unless I emailed Trixie directly. She did apologise and offered a partial refund if I amended this review.
I explained that I would only do this if the package arrived.

No apology, no recognition that there should probably have been some contact about that.
A pretty poor experience but it really goes to show that the company is little more than an Instagram feed, they don’t have the products to fulfill orders, they don’t have reliable means of getting their stock, and they have no idea what good customer service looks like.

*UPDATE* - I still feel it wasn’t a great experience, the email exchanges were less than great customer service however the product has arrived, I was refunded in full for the product (although not for the delivery).

So now I’ll just have to wait for a week to see if my order ever arrives, or if it doesn’t.

All of the above still stands, however I am very happy with the quality of the product, the t-shirt is a great fit, the embroidered detail is really nice.
I’m changing my rating to a 3 star just because of the service but could easily rate the product 5.
I’m grateful that I received a refund and appreciate that Trixie was trying to resolve matters with the order, all it would have taken is some more proactive customer care to make the whole experience a lot better.
I would order again in the future but not until they have a better system for managing orders.

Love the brand, recently made an order and it never arrived, tracking says it got shipped to Germany. Sent several inquires for assistance and have been ignored. I now lack trust in the brand as they seem sketch- they took my money tho

Changing my rating to 4 stars, I did get my package thank you and I understand delays I just wish you would have responded to me so I knew what was up. After 1 month it felt like shade- still love the brand guys

Excellent quality, on point delivery. I love the catchy but not cheesy phrases for me.

Subtle sarcasm tailored into classic wardrobe items. I have a growing collection of jumpers, tees and a hoodie from this brand. I absolutely love each piece and tend to receive a compliment when wearing. The quality is great, thick fabric and the stitch work has remained bold and present with each wash. Can’t wait to see the next collection! :D
