Scam. I bought a bootable usb flash drive with windows activation key, turns out its corrupted.
Acquiring a product with the seller does not work and the seller does not respond either. He denies that it doesn't work. I do not recommend buying with it
A fraud company!!! I‘ve bought a laptop 2 months ago which is not working any more. I‘ve returned the laptop, but they don‘t return the money. Don‘t buy any hardware from them!!!!
Payed 18€ for a Windows 10 Pro Key.
Download of iso file via their website was a bit slower than expected (about 6 hours) - MS website would have been less than 1/3 of that time (but more than 10 times the price for a key) - but still bearable. Installed from their iso as I thought it might work better for whatdoiknow reasons.
Was able to install the iso file as expected (VirtualBox under Ubuntu).
Key worked right away without any issues.
I've had the pleasure of ordering twice with softwarebilliger now. I have mixed feelings, to be honest.
In 2017 I ordered a Win7 Pro DVD which was delivered quickly per mail. It worked like a charm and cost me around 20€. Very fair and no hickups here.
Well, two years later I decided to take another approach and order Win10 Pro as a download code [Edit: for 18€]. Namely article number 841100105000. It says that it is "perfect for performing a clean install", basically. This is utter hogwash and an outright lie. I'll come to that.
The delivery was fast (literally zero minutes), the download (multilingual) worked for two files (the limit was reached then, which is touch and go) and they even offered a burning programme, which supposedly helps you (spoiler: it won't). So I downloaded the .iso file(s).
Here's where the trouble started: It were just .iso files without an option of bootability. So I had to tackle that easily to clean install version and created a bootable USB stick and DVD with third-party software. Now I know my way around a PC and it even took me several hours to find fitting software and get the hang of it. Imagine someone looking for an easy way to get their computer set up - sheesh, are they gonna be disappointed.
When I installed it and tried activating Windowns, it failed because of a non-functioning key. Not ideal. I contacted support, they responded within one to two hours (satisfying) and provided me another key, since I showed them screenshots of the failed activation. It was an ordeal with an okay service. If you do not have to depend on the service, you can freely order. I recommend ordering physical objects, though. That seems to go better. All in all I think I'd give it another go - on one or two years ;)
Bought 2 copies of Windows 7 Pro from Software Billiger 3 years ago, but didn't need to use them until this week, when I discovered the Product Keys that had been sent were for Windows 7 Home Premium Edition and therefore the software could not be activated. I emailed them and initially received a negative reply, but once I had sent them copies of the relevant documentation and pointed out that for minimal cost they could show that they valued their customers and their reputation, by return they emailed me valid product keys. The software is now successfully activated. Saved me a lot of wasted time and money.
I bought a used notebook, "technically and optically very good". The case had lots of scratches and even a I think a pinch of a stone, simply broken.
I sent back, and then they were quite straight in communications.
They sent me back a so called "replacement device", which was exactly the same notebook. It even had remembered my WLAN-KEY. Same damages, of course
I give up, but I do not recommend hardware purchase there.

I ordered a Windows 7 Product Key and paid using iDeal. A download link never appeared. I tried to contact the customer service several times but unfortunately they never had the decency to respond to any of my e-mails. I strongly recommend against buying anything from this website.
