Application easy to fill out

Application easy to fill out. Reply in seconds. Used them 3 times now, only problem with last two is finding a store for the product I was looking for. Once I did, process went smooth.

Excellent Customer Service

The user friendly system and the staff had excellent customer service skills. She was very professional and was able to resolve the issue regarding my virtual card for checkout as all the information was not revealed.

Breaching FCA Regulations

Snap Finance are breaching FCA regulations by declining applications if a person has a victim CIFAS loading, which is in place to protect an individual who has been a victim of fraud. In such cases human intervention is required to conduct additional due diligence checks to ensure the application is from a genuine party. No additional checks are conducted, they refuse to give you any information regarding the reason for the decline. I surpass all levels of their eligibility criteria and I regularly check my credit file. Their auto-decision system does not identify between different types of CIFAS loadings and just declines them all. I am taking further steps to ensure they are held accountable for breaching these regulations, but regardless of the outcome I would not have any dealings with such an unprofessional organisation.

I was extremely happy with my first completed loan. I needed to use your services a second time and it was quite easy. Apparently my limit is 5000 and this second loan wascfor 800. I needed more work done, am I able to take out another loan within the balance or do I have to pay off one loan before taking out another.

I lost a close best friend of mine last…

I lost a close best friend of mine last year who wanted a fold up electric wheelchair, she tried to put it in her name, but couldn’t. So I put it in my name so she can get around on, she passed away in December. Snap Funance was completely understanding, sympathetic, even mentioned on writing the debt off on my behalf due to the nature of my circumstances. Yes, I know I owe the debt, but now I’m in financial hardship due to giving up my job, relocating & having lack of funds, on top of that still suffering through my grief.
I am constantly getting sms messages, plus emails saying that if I don’t pay £480 in a set date, they’ll default my account, & take action, even when they’re aware of my situation going forward. I will say this, they’ve frozen the interest permanently, but could do a lot more especially in regards to someone who’s suffering psychologically at this moment in time.
