Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Was charged $17 to return a $65 item. The sizing is completely off so I had to return it. Would not recommend shopping with them

I love this boutique

I love this boutique, the girls are always happy and helpful. They give good suggestions on pairing items that go well together. Help finding sizes. They care if you find what you are looking for. And the boutique is just a good place to shop.

I purchased an item that was not a…

I purchased an item that was not a final sale at the time of purchase. When I received the item it was too large and the next day tried to return it, but when I put in my order number, it kept saying wrong order number. I tried again the next day and same thing. On the third try the number went through but it said item cannot be returned, final sale. The item was not a final sale when purchased! I emailed them that same day and did not receive a reply for five days. They refused to acknowledge what occurred with the return process and now I'm stuck with an item that does not fit. I don't want to exchange because all their clothing will be too large. They have poor customer service and business ethics. They must not do too well as a company if this is how they treat their customers.

Bad Customer Service

I purchased a pair of boots to wear with a holiday outfit. They didn't fit, but I had a Thanksgiving trip coming up to Utah so I kept them to exchange at the storefront so I could try on shoes in person. Because it was outside of the 30 day window (not outside of the 30 day window for when I received them as I thought, but from when I ordered them), they would not let me exchange or return them. I called customer service and they told me tough luck, even though now the return policy is extended now because of the Christmas holiday. I think it's ridiculous that you can't get store credit if you are barely outside of the return policy and your items are not used at all, especially if it's around the holidays. I have been a loyal customer to them and it's disappointing that they wouldn't help me out.

Horrible Quality - Dress shrunk completely after first wash as per care label

I purchased a dress from Roolee and the dress itself was quite cute. I washed it for the first time about two months after purchase and even though i washed it EXACTLY to the care label instructions, it has now shrunk horrifically and is now completely unwearable.
Horrible quality for a high price and I am now stuck with an unwearable item that i paid a high price for.
When i complained to customer service, i was told it was out of their 30 day period for faulty items. Terrible customer service, i will not be purchasing again and i recommend everyone else stays away also.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had purchased a skirt from them middle of June. When the package arrived, it had a bag instead of a skirt (although the bag was labeled as a skirt on the clear packaging). I contacted customer service about the mistake AT LEAST half a dozen times, not including messages I sent to their Instagram and Facebook. I still haven’t received a single response from them two months later. So disappointed that they have zero customer service.

I feel like I got scammed!

My story is the same as many of the other reviewers here. I never received a pair of shoes from them, but I can’t get a hold of any sort of customer service. I had to dispute it with the credit card company.

If you look on Google and Facebook, outwardly it looks like they have good reviews. But the bad reviews are just harder to spot. But I see a pattern of people unable to contact customer service. I feel like they’re covering up huge problems and bad business practices with marketing.

Don't fall for this cute marketing scam!!

I've emailed and messaged with the customer service several times and haven't heard back, not even once. I had ordered some items to be shipped to me in Europe. They did arrive here on time. But only to find out that the wallet was broken and the sandals were defective. I requested for my money to be refunded for those items. But it seems Roolee has disappeared. That's ok, I'll report them through my PayPal. And if anyone else hasn't gotten their refund please Report it on Paypal or through whatever form of payment you made. I should've done my research before buying from this company that looked so cute, but sells very bad quality product and is misleading. Please be aware to not buy things that aren't in person from Roolee!!

Apathetic Sales Clerks!

I went to the actual store today to shop. No other customers were in the store. I was the only one there shopping. Three sales clerks were gathered in a little circle chatting away. No one offered to help me. No one was concerned about a customer even being in the store. When I approached the group with a question, I was given dirty looks. What were these ladies being paid to do? Hang with friends? I will not be returning!

Terrible customer service.

Reached out to customer service twice and no one ever replied.
First was to question my delayed delivery and second was because I owed postage to receive my package even though I qualified for free shipping….
Will not be shopping here again.

Roolee sells some cheap tissue boots as leather ones!!

Roolee sells products in their website with misleading description. I bought Roolee ankle Carlota boots that they described as leather and true to size. The boots are made of some cheap tissue and run small. It’s a deliberate lie to sell stuff. Absolutely horrible experience

I also had a very frustrating…

I also had a very frustrating experience where the wrong item was shipped to me. This was a gift for my sister. I had to drive the item across Los Angeles and drop it off at a “return bar” in order to have a replacement sent to me in a timely manner. I needed the replacement right away because of their ridiculous 30 day return policy. I needed it right away, so my sister could try on and send back within 30 days. They had no flexibility on this despite the fact that they sent me the WRONG ITEM.

Update! I went through the hassle of sending the item back and they sent me THE WRONG item again a second time

Just like many others

Just like many others! I would not recommend! I ordered a pair of shoes and received shirts and shorts instead. Contacted customer service and now I am jumping through the hoops trying to get what I paid for. At this point I just want a refund and I will order elsewhere.

Beware of the optional sneaky $20…

Beware of the optional sneaky $20 "shipping protection" charge that will be automatically added to your order. It's the first time I see a business do something like this and I find it dishonest -- they don't let you know it's an optional charge. The quality of the dresses is poor for the price (buttons crumbled, stitches ripped while trying on carefully). I ended up returning 10/11 items I ordered as a "try on."

Extremely disappointed in this company

Extremely disappointed in this company. I saw an Instagram Ad and thought their shoes were very cute and stylish to wear to work and out and about, so decided to give this company a try. Their mission seemed to be very amazing upon reading what they stand for. "coming together and treating each other as loving sisters."

The first time I tried them on, the shoes had marks on the bottom. I then informed Customer Service about the issue. I was informed by a Representative named Ashley to show photos of the bottom of the shoes to make sure they have not been worn, which I did no problem! When I tried the shoes on at home, my heels became irritated immediately and started to have blisters. I informed Customer Service I would like to return the item and they told me no even after sending in the initial photos of the shoes. I asked if there was ANYTHING they could do and they said no. I would be careful with their return policy and the way they treat their customers.

If I could give -5 stars I would

If I could give -5 stars I would. I don't think I've experienced worse customer service than I have with this company (and I've been to the DMV a lot.) The "customer success team" is SO disappointing. I bought a dress from them, and when I opened it I noticed some wear in the fabric on the back of the shoulder. I didn't think it was noticeable enough to pay to send it back and get a new one. The whole process seemed like such a hassle, so I decided to keep it and I wore it once and really liked it! It did however, feel a lot cheaper than I expected.
After my first wear I washed it meticulously following the care instructions, and when I pulled it out of the wash it had patches of the same fabric thinning/shredding all over the dress. So I contacted them asking for a refund (still in the return window time frame) and they responded with a hard "no." They told me that they could give me back 20% of what I paid for it in the form of store credit BECAUSE I had washed it. I told them that the cheap product they sold me fell a part not because of anything I did, and they just kept saying it's their policy. I can appreciate a brand's policy... but I feel like any good company, with integrity, would take the customers issue case by case. I didn't just change my mind on the dress... they sold me an absolute crap product.
Beyond the dress- I have a bigger issue with the entire PR of Roolee. Every email was responded as if they hadn't even read what I wrote. It was all just the same regurgitated "I understand how frustrating this is... blah blah blah." but they didn't do anything about it! My last email to them was how they lost me, my friends and sisters as customers, and that my experience cost them more than just the refund of a dress. I wasn't looking for a reply... but once again, "customer success" emailed me back saying the saaaaaammmmmeee exact things, and ended with "Thanks for being a part of the ROOLEE family!" That baffled me because the email she was responding to was literally me telling her that I was never going to spend another dollar at their company.
Anyways... I tried leaving a review on the dress on their website and it glitches and doesn't even allow you to actually submit the review. So that's seems suspiciously super convenient for them. Anyways, whatever. If you've gotten this far, all of this to say- don't waste your money.

I received excellent customer service.

I received excellent customer service today with a the returns department at Roolee.
She was very knowlegdable and helped me make my return quickly and easily.
The return involved getting my $50 gift card back and she was able to help me do this without a problem.
I was so happy to get such great service.
