RE Wrapped 

Very disappointed with my experience. Before placing my order, I contacted the seller, explained exactly what I wanted, and even sent a reference photo. I specifically asked for the VW logo to be in Nardo Grey without the circle around it. The seller confirmed that they could make it as shown in my photo.

However, the decal I received was completely different. The VW logo was not as requested, and the design did not match what we had agreed before I placed the order.

When I raised the issue, I was told that the VW logo is cut out of the graphic, despite the fact that I had already sent a reference image and asked if they could produce the same design. If this wasn’t possible, they should have told me before accepting my order, rather than agreeing to it.

I expected the seller to either replace the decal with the correct design or take responsibility for the misunderstanding. Instead, they refused to replace it, leaving me with a product that is not what I ordered.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience. Communication before the sale was positive, but the product supplied did not match what had been agreed, and the after-sales service was disappointing.

The paper is really lovely but I was so disappointed when I opened the paper envelope to find the wrapping paper inside unnecessary plastic packaging. I hope the company rethink their packaging.

Nice when you find an ethical product that looks fab and provides great customer service :-)

Will use again

Great paper designs, beautifully presented and wonderful to know that some of the proceeds go to charity too.
Re-wrapped were fast in delivering, and very quick to rectify a mistake with the order that was flagged. They were fantastic in their reply and sorting the issue, again super quickly.
I'd happily buy again with the paper quality and range, and think the recycled ethos is just what is needed.

So pleased I found this company. There are lots of really nice designs for all occasions. I bought a large pack of 10 sheets of wrapping paper plus gift tags which compared very favourably with shop prices. The paper is good quality, has been made from recycled materials and can itself be recycled, unlike normal wrapping paper. It even came packed in a bio-degradable bag. Perfect! I will be buying more.
