Terrible company clothes are not as they are advertised and they will not take a return or give you your deserved credit

Do not order ANYTHING from this company. The clothes are made with lousy fabric and the fit is not true to size. On top of that, don’t try to make a return!!! You will not get your money back unless YOU pay to ship your order back to Dubai!!!! They are impossible to work with!! Save yourself a headache and order somewhere else.

Very happy with sizing and quality of my items

Ordered three items - took almost two months to receive. When I emailed to inquire about my order, their answer changed each of the many times I inquired. I received my order and need to return an item. Emails do not go through. I would NEVER order from this company, again. They are clearly not a professional USA company, as the language in the emails was very broken.

Scam. Items are not made in US return is a nightmare. I bought pants that are clearly made for shorter people. After wanting to return they sent me an email giving e 8$ to keep the item .I said no and I'm waiting for another email to see how can I return. I need to find out where can I report them it is for sure chinise website.

I placed an order for $162 for long sleeve tops. What arrived looked nothing like the quality of the site sales photos. The garments are very very poor material and badly made, totally unwearable. Web site says: 30 days return, Quality Guaranteed, and that the goods are made in the USA.

Goods came from China. Day of arrival I contacted customer service to return the goods. They offered me $75 and said that returning the goods to China will cost more than the value of the order.

I suggest that PayPal stops supporting this site immediately as it's basically fraudulent.

The three items of clothing were beautiful the clothes fit true to size. The material was soft to the skin. The colors were vibrant in color. I recommend RAFAO highly. The turn around time could be improved upon. I will continue buying from this company.

They claim the clothes are made in the US but they’re made in China and take forever to be delivered bc they come directly from China. And forget about returning anything. They offered me a $7 refund on a $51 purchase. Told me I could keep the item. Told them to keep their $7. Will NEVER do business with RAFAO again.

I think your ad is misleading for you to say that this product is American made in the USA. You’re not going to make it in the USA, ship it to China, to then ship it to me. Only an idiot would believe that.
It comes from China. Period.

Love the dress. It’s classy. Dress it up or down. The material is light, & soft. My only issue is that the sleeves are a bit tight. I could have withstood 3/4” more material. I’m not a big person.
