Relatively quick service and the card looks great, just like an actual Pokémon card.
A lovely sentimental gift for my partner.

Ordered a card and nothing. What a joke. Don’t bother with these guys.

I ordered 2 cards as presents. In the beginning they were nice and send me pictures to approve of (with stamp so not usable).
After my approval they went silent. I emailed again and again. Then I sent Paypal the screenshots and informed them of the problem. Paypal refunded me and Pikapets was never heard of again.
I tried checking their site but it seems gone.

I ordered 3 cards. before Christmas as a present. They sent 1 out of 3 cards in late January. They have ghosted me any time I’ve followed up to ask for a replacement or refund. This is either a very poorly run company or a scam.

Still waiting for my card or a refund.

No response to my emails.

Scammers. Do not use!

Been emailing back and forth for a few months now. They keep promising that they will send a new order, and this time a tracked order too. I ordered this back in August/Sept time. I have asked for a refund on several occasions but their most recent emails states "it is a loss for our company and we have employees to pay our end". I lost my money too and I haven't gotten the product I paid for so I am entitled to my refund. I do think this is a scam so avoid this company and use something like Etsy instead.

This company confused me. After purchasing from them and being extremely happy with the artwork, I was sent a fake tracking number and no information of where my card was. I waited two months, and after reading reviews I had given up hope of the card ever having existed. However, I eventually received my card a few days after my last email correspondence with them. The card itself was so beautiful and exactly what I wanted, and they revised it as many times as I needed before I was 100% happy.
I don't understand why there are so many issues with this company, and I don't know why they might be scamming others especially after taking the time to do the artwork. Overall, the experience was stressful but in the end I got exactly what I wanted. Arrived in time for Christmas as was intended, and the recipient loves the card.

My story echoes many others here. Ordered early in the Christmas season, never received a card or tracking.

Scammed me out of 60 bucks. Waited 4 months didn’t even get a tracking number. Customer service acts helpful but I’m guessing it’s just an act? Idk pretty scummy

Welp add me to the list of scammed people. They did reach out and tell me my card was on the way when it had already been two months late. Still don’t have it. Don’t order here but you can’t because their website is gone anyway. Why bother giving me a proof of the card?!? At least give me a digital copy then. Mad and sad. My son was looking forward to the card.

Never arrived. I emailed them multiple times asking for a refund and no reply. The tracking number they issued is invalid too. They also took down their Instagram… DONT ORDER from them. I have to issue a report with my bank as well and who knows if I’ll get my money back

Only giving them 1 star as that's the absolute minimum. The team were slow to reply and provided sloppy artwork. When asked to change and adjust the artwork they made minor and minute changes, with no consideration to start again. When I asked for a refund they stopped replying, despite multiple emails. DO NOT order from this company, terrible customer service and poor/basic product.

Ordered from this place around December and at first the customer service was great, they sent the art for approval and made edits for me. I was really happy with the finished artwork.
However my card finally came and it was damaged, there was a mark on the card it it obviously had not gone through a quality check. Which should definitely be happening when supplying a product in general but especially with how much you spend on these things.
I was so disappointed when I got it and I contacted them for them to fix the problem, they offered a refund or a new card and I wanted a new card, they said they will send out a new card this was on the first of Feb.
They never sent out a new card and are now ignoring my emails and it's almost a month down the line.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Total scam. Will not send you your item or respond to your emails. They have no tracking information. Just stealing your money without a product to send. Do not buy from them.

They have abandoned this company due to its bad reputation and set up a new one - PIKAMON.

BEWARE!! Do not be fooled by the new name, they're the same people doing the same scam.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. It is a scam. I placed an order in the beginning of December, was sent a proof, approved it, and then received a fake/dead tracking number. I paid $75 and they won’t even answer my emails anymore. Running such a scam (that was actually very well advertised on Instagram) during Christmas time is abhorrent and disgraceful. Save yourself the headache of dealing with these degenerates.

I will echo the other customer reviews posted here to warn potential customers about Pika-Pets.

In a nutshell:

* the company's customer service is offensively bad, and they refuse to engage with customer concerns (that is, if they can't fob you off with a disingenuous email, they'll simply ignore you)

* my expensive order was weeks overdue, and missed my Christmas deadline (even though the order was placed in early November)

* the artwork creation process is excruciating. Sure, you can ask for changes... but when you've asked three times for the same small amendment, but the 'artists' do not respond to or acknowledge to your request, your only option is to give up

(For the record, I asked for the character in the 'trainer' card I ordered to be larger, exactly like the sample card published on the company website. But Pika-Pets ignored my repeated request, and the 'trainer' card I received is poor in comparison to the sample artwork used on the website to suck customers in)

I see that the Pika-Pets website is currently being 'revamped'.

It may be that the company made enough money exploiting customers during the Christmas 2022 holiday season, and has quietly folded to avoid facing up to its responsibilities.

While this is frustrating for the many enraged customers who have posted here, I guess it's a positive move if it means that nobody else will be ripped-off by Pika-Pets this year.

But be vigilant! I'm sure these charlatans will be back next Christmas to frustrate more customers and violate another company's intellectual property.

Ordered in November 2022 from France and i'm still waiting for my order. They do not responding me to my emails.

Con artists not actual artists. I ordered in December and still have nothing (Feb 2023)—no order number nor shipping number. Communication is horrendous, when it does happen. The 24-hour turnaround is a flat-out lie. My kids were so excited about these—now we’re out money and gifts. Have to assume they are professional scammers at this point. I’ll be filing complaints everywhere I can.

Do not buy! It's a scam. The artwork that is advertised on their website is not theirs, I'm talking about the "Luna, Rufus" type of cards they advertise. These cards are drawn into the scene and look like Pokémon, however, the card they will draw for you is atrocious at best. All they do is trace the pet and Photoshop it into the scene, it looks awful. It looks nothing like a pokemon. The tracing is abysmal too, how do you mess up tracing? They say you can have as many redo's as you want, I asked for the pokemon-cartoon look, I even used their own advertised cards as a reference! What they sent back was the exact same picture only my dogs were the wrong colour, made their noses red and, no joke, must have used clipart for "anime eyes" or something.

They do not give refunds, which is ridiculous cause if I knew the quality I would get, I would never have bought it in the first place. £50 robbed, gone. I have email and picture proof and I wish I could show it. Do not do it to yourself, it's a scam.
