Great service very trusted and reasonable on price

Broke the thread on my wheel nut but said it was done by the previous garage. Tyres not changed before as only 15000 on clock. Took to another garage to sort as flat tyre as valve not changed. Also told that the thread on the wheel itself is also damaged. About £150 to put right and will fail mot if not sorted. Only take cash which is very strange when paying such a price. Botch job. Very costly for me.

I have been using Ossy Tyre & MOT for 3 years, during that time, NOT once I have heard ANY of the staff /employees in ANY sort of argument or disagreement with a customer.

I have however, at nearly every visit, SEEN AND HEARD them, being, polite, helpful, enthusiastic and eager to help, and to which, they are ALL very hard working.

As I pointed out to the Owner “Ash” and his son “Farhan”, YOU CAN PLEASE SOME OF THE PEOPLE, SOME OF THE TIME, BUT YOU CAN’T PLEASE EVERYONE, ALL OF THE TIME, NO MATTER WHAT BUSINESS YOUR IN!

A lot of NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS that you see, are usually from, JEALOUS OR SIMPLY VINDICTIVE / SPITEFUL “COMPETITORS” in the same business capacity..
OTHERS, simply gripe and fabricate utter rubbish, just to drive the price down and or get money knocked off!

I’d like to point something out to people who grumble and throw a hissy-fit (IF) their vehicle “FAILS” the MOT..

Your vehicle has FAILED its MOT for a LEGITIMATE REASON.. It has NOTHING to do with MONEY.. The re-test is usually FREE within 7 working days.. Two things to remember about YOUR FAILED MOT..

FIRSTLY:
First and foremost, IT’S YOUR SAFETY that the guys have in mind, it’s their PROFESSIONALISM in their job, that COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE, YOUR FAMILIES/ CHILDREN AND OTHER ROAD USERS!

SECONDLY:
TESTERS do NOT make the rules up, if you have an issue about your failure, and after consulting with the tester you are still NOT happy, YOU have the option, to take it up with VOSA! These guys DON’T fail vehicle for NON LEGITIMATE REASONS!!

Something else that you need to bare in mind is, that it is their LIVELIHOOD /BUSINESS!

After all, if they past your vehicle and it failed on your way home and caused an accident and injury to yourself or other road users, “WHO GETS potentially JAILED?” NOT YOU!! Because the FIRST THING OUT OF YOUR MOUTH TO THE POLICE IS.. “IT’S JUST LITERALLY PASSED ITS MOT LQQK!!!!!”

I am NOT saying that GENUINE PEOPLE DON’T, from time to time, have GENUINE cause to complain, but a lot of the time, it’s a customer's ATTITUDE IN HOW THEY COMPLAIN!!

NO ONE LIKES THEIR VEHICLE FAILING IT’S MOT.. USUALLY.. It’s NOT even the cost involved, it's SIMPLY the INCONVENIENCE, USUALLY in TIME in having to TAKE IT BACK..

So.. what would you sooner do, take it somewhere else for a “BENT MOT” or be SAFE IN THE KNOWLEDGE and have piece of mind, THAT YOUR VEHICLE IS ROADWORTHY AND SAFE?

You CAN’T even pit those examples toe to toe with each other!!
UNLESS OF COURSE YOU NEITHER CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE OR MORE-SO THE LIFE OF OTHER ROAD USERS!!

I personally "WOULD RECOMMEND" this place to ANYONE.

I’m NOT going to start naming and shaming test centres.. But by god, I KNOW A LOT OF BAD ONES THAT I “WOULDN’T recommend in my 40 years of motoring!!
