Retailer doesn't follow own return policy!

Retailer doesn't follow its own policies!

I ordered something which arrived and wasn't quite right so I requested a free and easy return as per the officesupplies.org.uk return policy. The return is supposed to be a free collection but Gemma North (Customer service advisor) refused it and said I need to return the order at my own cost.
Why does officesupplies.org.uk even have a published return policy if they can't even follow it themselves?! This is deception!!

Good Room For Improvements

Cons -
Product Info Incorrect listing states in the title its 1500mm and then in the item description that its 1600mm then when I contacted them to check i was told it was 1200mm really need to do better with their product info and listings

Pro's-
Price Point for the items they are selling are really good, same product on other websites is more expensive, in my case around £30 saved on one item compared to other companies selling the same product
