MyStone.dk startede som en lille webshop, der udelukkende solgte sten til pynt i dekorationer og på fade. Hurtigt greb det dog om sig, og sortimentet består nu af et stort udvalg af dekorationsting til at pynte festbordet med, til stuebordsdekorationen eller til den perfekte værtindegave. My only problem was no one answered the…

My only problem was no one answered the phone when I called. I called twice, and no one returned the call either.
I have received the order so everything is fine now.
You need to do better than just having an answering service answer calls.

Low price, fast delivery, on/off quality, good handling of complaint

Delivery was quick and price quite low. The quality of one of the products was lacking, but considering the consumer price, perhaps that was to be expected. One of the products (glass item) was packed extremely poorly and shattered during delivery. Upon contacting customer service, complaint got handled immediately, and a new product was delivered within two days. Overall not bad, despite the first product having been lost due to careless handling from packaging personnel.
