Only terrible experience. I have ordered from there three times. Twice products were missing and I had to contact the customer service in order to get my money back because they didn't automatically do that. Another time I accidentally entered a wrong address and I tried to reach the customer service to change my delivery address, but they wouldn't reply to me. I never received my parcel and I also didn't receive my money back.

Delivery from Germany to the UK took 6 days (from Tuesday, delivered Monday next week),
