Ordering online is a lottery. They take your money and don't deliver. The driver - not the customer - marks the order as delivered. Then you can call them all you want, they promise to help but do nothing. I have now called 4 times over 3 days: each time they promise to help and call back, but do nothing and nobody ever calls you back. They make no record of your calls, no case number, every time you have to start explaining from the beginning. They just take your money and don't care anymore.

Robotic answers and no actual help, I mentioned that the number they provided in the chat is wrong because it says (thanks for your call, we called regarding your order) and the call ends, then guess what they do! Ask me if I need help with something else 😂 We stayed in this for like 5 minutes, I kept receiving the same number and trying to explain that I need more help because I didn't receive any help. My question was simple, if they sell Samsung headphones in branches or only on the app
