RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE
I did a bad review for this company because they took my £142.99 wouldnt change the time by 4 hrs eventhough they had months before i was due to sail. I initially rang the number on my confirmation but was told i had the wrong number. I found an email but once again you wouldnt change the time. STOP TELLING PEOPLE ONLINE TO REMOVE THEIR REVIEWS YOU ARE LOOKING4.COM WHICH IS THE COMPANY WE BOOKED THROUGH. I WONT REMOVE THE REVIEW AS ITS TRUE. On your reply to my last review you asked for my ref no. WHY i tried to change it before my cruise but you said no, Plus how will you find out anything from my ref number as your pretending i didnt book through you mmmmmm !!!

Airport didnt recognise the booking i paid for! Awful. They then write a reply to try to deny accountablility without looking at my details or payoing me back . Their confirmation email (receipt) clearly has their business heading and shows the amount I just paid to them - an amount apparently nicked from me becasue they still havent refunded me. I had to buy another parking ticket as their scam wasnt recognised by the airport!. What a waste of my time and probably other people's too! DO NOT USE "LOOKING4 PARKING". They owe me over £100 and havent paid me back. Time to involve the authorities soon.

If I could review as a 0 star I would. Very poor customer service and false advertisement. DO NOT USE. Service I paid for through an app didn’t exist and when I tried to ask for a refund, they said this was not possible as per the general T&C.

This is by far the worst one.
This is by far the worst one.
Called the number 20 mins before as requested. No answer after 14 calls
Locating stuff took longer than needed.
Staff not in uniform like email stated.
Ended up having to pay extra to Gatwick
Made me very stressed and rush to check in.
Staff member almost did not give me any documents and went to walk away.
Staff member did not give me instructions on what to do on return like email suggested.
I'm flying out now. Made my flight but their terrible service cost me time and increased my stress. I am also fasting.
Dreading facing this when I return.
There's plenty of others you could use. Don't use these guys

No bus at time of my flight arrival
I booked via Ryanair and had to enter my flight arrival time. I arrived at the airport to find that the last bus left four hours prior to my flight arriving. Of course no refund was available and apparently the timetable was available for me to see. I didn't think I would need to check bus times if the arrival time was given. I had even sent a screen shot of the booking to their customer services. But of course, it is my fault not theirs. Be wary. I thought I had been careful but they certainly didn't make this clear as far as I am concerned.

Fast response
I booked parking through Ryanair for Leeds-Bradford Airport but got an email confirmation showing the entry and exit times as the exact times of my flight.
Emailed Looking4Parking about it and they replied in minutes to give me the answer (there is a 3 hour window before and after the times).
My mind is now at ease and I can look forward to getting to the airport in plenty of time for my flight.
Looking4Parking gets 5 stars for their quick response. Ryanair, meanwhile, was not helpful on the matter.

Double booking refund
I mistakenly booked twice for the same parking. I picked this up from my bank statement.
I contacted Looking4 and explained my mistake and requested a refund for the one booking.
I was contacted virtually immediately and was told that the money would be reimbursed and would reflect in my account within a few days.

Swift response and resolution
I had my flight delayed by airline so had to add an extra day to my parking. There is no direct contact number so had to fill in a form which I did. To my surprise I got a response within an hour. I was instructed to book entire new parking session and they will out of goodwill refund my original parking session even though I did not pay for cancellation fee on my original parking session. I was refunded the first session fee upon providing them with new parking session reference. Very please with the service.

I used this website for several times but the customer service doesn’t exist here. Anytime you contact them, no answers back, no customer service, nothing, no apologies. If the operator change something you get a short notice and that’s it. You deal with everything yourself.

SCAM - Proof of misleading information (Ref: MSG0645607)
Looking4Parking sold me a 'Mystery' deal for Stansted with a 5-minute transfer. After booking, they assigned me to the Long Stay car park.
I have a written email from their support (Ref: MSG0645607) where they explicitly admit: "Official Long Stay Car Park offers... a 15 - 10 minute of transfer time." >
Despite their own admission that the service is NOT what I paid for, they refuse to move my booking to Mid Stay (which actually has a 3-minute transfer). They told me to cancel and pay today's higher prices instead. This is a total breach of UK Consumer Rights and misleading advertising. I have kept all screenshots of the offer and their contradictory emails for my bank's chargeback process.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. The state of my car when returned was shocking. My rear seats were all pushed down, the cover in my boot was opened and pushed forward, loose change, phone chargers and other things stolen. One could assume my car was being used or at the very least very broken into. Told management. They couldn’t care less. I had to phone the police and report it. You can’t make it up.

Booked parking at Manchester Meet & Greet at a decent price.
Conditions included free amendment or cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival.
My return flight time changed, so I thought I’d nothing else to do but amend the time, but no, they expected me to cancel my booking and rebook at a price almost £100 more!
When I questioned their terms and conditions showing free amendments, they came back with the ludicrous claim that they didn’t charge to carry out the amendment!!
The term amendment is pretty clear, a change to the original booking, in this case from 0800 to 1400.
Don’t book with these scammers unless you definitely know that you won’t have to amend anything.

Booked space in Jet3 car park from 2/01/2026 till 28/1/2026 unfortunately we loaded our car up with cases Car would not start we tried a few time no luck we were then panicking so we had to phone for taxi from Liverpool to Manchester Airport when we arrived at airport I email looking4parking and explained our situation I had purchased cancellation cover The rely was I I was only covered up to 1 hour before entry to car park. We were stressed getting to airport and checking in and then be told we would not get refund I did mention I was not looking for full refund but something would have been nice would think twice before using again. This is what is in terms (Requests to cancel bookings are only valid if you contact us directly. Cancellation requests can only be accepted during our office hours (which are Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm GMT) and remain subject to the above notice period. If you submit a cancellation request outside of office hours, please take into account that your cancellation request will only be accepted once our office hours start. If this is less than the notice period for the product then your cancellation request will not be accepted.)
